Allergy Info

While we offer vegan options with no cheese or vegan cheese, and gluten free option for crust, and we use seperate surfaces and cutting utensils for GF and vegan / vegetarian pizzas, our kitchen heavily uses dairy products and flour is literally often floating in the air. Cross contamination in small amounts is likely.

• Homemade meatballs contain dairy (parmesan and pecorino), gluten (breadcrumbs), onions, parsley, garlic, ricotta, and local pork & beef.

• Italian Sausage made with local ground pork from Well Rooted Farms in Tumalo and mixed with spices (garlic powder, fennel, cayenne, smoked paprika, paprika, salt, pepper, sugar)

Nuts

• PESTO Contains pine nuts and dairy

• Salad contains candied Pecans

• We have roasted pumpkin seeds curently in the cart (pepitas)

Gluten Free

• Our gluten-free dough option currently made with King Arthur GF pizza flour, salt, water, olive oil and yeast.
